Cryptographic sequencer, also called an emag can be used to hack almost every electrical device onboard the Horizon. However, it has a finite amount of uses and is best integrated into a plan. Using it as a quick door opener, while a perfectly valid strategy, only taps into a fraction of its power.
The following objects can be hacked with emag:
Airlock
The airlock electronics are overloaded and fried causing the airlock to open. It will remain open until an Engineer comes to repair it.
Console
The camera decryption tool will be available for download. You can use this program to look through security cameras without needing proper access, or the correct Alert Level.
Tape Recorder
The tape recorder will screech upon interacting with it, and will self-destruct after attempting to use the playback feature.
