Jargon Federation Representatives:
Jargon Federation politicians who fill ambassadorial positions between the Federation and foreign entities are given the title of Representative. Each Representative is considered by the Grand Council to be an individual who holds the Jargon Federation’s best interests at heart and has proven trustworthy enough to represent and protect these interests outside of Federation space.
Politics
Representatives are encouraged to study the culture and politics of any and all groups they take an interest in. This allows for much professional overlap of expertise between Representatives. Although each Representative may play a minor part in the ambassadorial politics of any group outside of the Federation, they are also expected to claim an Entity of Interest which stands as their primary field of expertise and denotes the political or economic body they interact with most often.
Grand Council
Representatives who share an Entity of Interest are expected to work together, cooperate in order to effectively protect the interests of the Federation, and remain cordial with one another while discussing opposing viewpoints. Representatives who show considerable aptitude when dealing with their Entity of Interest and stay with the same Entity consistently are typically held in high esteem within these ambassadorial subgroups. As Representatives become more versed in politics and take more active roles with their Entity of Interest, a certain form of fame and exposure arises similar to some Idols. Skrell will often refer to individual Idolized Representatives when discussing that Representative's political ideals in debate or discussion. Although there are benefits to remaining with one Entity of Interest, it is not uncommon for a Representative to change their Entity of Interest multiple times or take up minor roles in ambassadorial work outside of this claimed interest.

Common Entities of Interest and Political History
Wuqrnjeq-Qu'Nralakk (Grand Council of the Jargon Federation) is the supreme ruling body of the entirety of the Jargon Federation. The Council will utilize subspace communication frequencies to delegate during non-essential meetings, however, are expected to return to Qerrbalak to attend an annual meeting held in Kal’lo. There are fourteen seats on the Grand Council (not including the Grand Councillor). This is a reflection on the amount of Sector Councillors there are, loosely calculated by population figures denoted in censuses.
Sol Alliance:
The majority of Federation Representatives choose to work within the Sol Alliance at one point or another due to their own interest in Humanity, the political relevance of Skrell and Human cooperation, and the more recent history of corporate growth in Human space. The sheer number of Representatives working within Human space makes Sol a familiar, and quite popular, first choice for many freshly vetted Representatives to gain experience in the processes of interstellar politics.

As it stands, there is a constantly fluctuating number (between twenty and thirty) of Jargon Representatives who claim the Sol Alliance as their chosen entity. This number does not include Representatives who claim other interests within the borders of the Alliance as their primary entity of interest. Other such entities of interest include smaller, more independent colonies as well as companies and Mega-Corporations operating within Sol.
Each sector is essentially granted two seats; with the Grand Council operating similarly to a barter system mostly comprised of the Sector Councillors exchanging resources between their sectors for political power. This has resulted in a disproportionate amount of political power being found within the Core, Elemental and Contingent Sectors. Through this political maneuvering, the Traverse Sectors are often pushed into a corner and forced to submit their political power to the core systems in exchange for resources.

Diplomatically, the two powers have numerous treaties of cooperation. Presently, both powers enjoy a very beneficial trade agreement, boosting the Alliances economic capability. Limited technological exchanges are also conducted, though this remains highly restrictive and lengthy process as a result of the artificial intelligence leak from 2437. Another important agreement is a security one, where both powers to a degree, cooperate and share intelligence on border activities to counter pirates, smugglers and other forms of threats. Other agreements and treaties exist, but are not as major as the previous ones.
Information on the various sectors can be located here.

Recent civil disruption in the Sol Alliance has caused some of the Representatives to return to Federation space until issues settle, however others have seen this as an advantage to gain the advantage in studying and experiencing interstellar politics. Additionally, Federation representatives have lodged formal protests towards the decision to ban Tajara from Solarian space, citing it as barbaric and cruel to a species that is attempting to build a better future for themselves, away from war.
Representatives
Republic of Biesel:
The Jargon Federation employs several hundred individuals to fill ambassadorial positions between it and other foreign entities; known by many as merely Representatives. Each Representative is recognized by the Grand council as an individual who holds the Jargon Federation's best interests at heart and has been entrusted to represent and protect these interests even outside of the Jargon Federation.
The Republic of Biesel is a relatively new Entity of Interest. Immediately after the Tau Ceti system was granted independence from Sol in 2452, a handful of Representatives chose the fledgeling nation as their focus. The majority of Representatives operating within the Republic have extensive experience with other Human Entities, with the most common being the Sol Alliance and mega-corporation NanoTrasen.

Diplomatically, the Republic acts as the number one tourist destination for Federation citizens outside their own borders, resulting in mutual tourism treaties, which on paper makes the process easier, but in practice, still upholds the ban on synthetics and other dissidents from entering Federation territory. Another major agreement is a security-based one, where specialists and instructors are sent to better train and equip government agencies in handling synthetic threats. Other agreements and treaties exist, but are not as major as the previous ones.
Often, these individuals will study the society in which they are meant to act as an ambassadorial representative; mostly being that of culture and politics. This is expected to enhance the ability of the individual representing the Jargon Federation. Representatives are considered highly influential in regards to politics outside of the Jargon Federation; due to their handling of information, but also due to their loyalty. These Representatives are expected to claim an "Entity of Interest" -- an action which stands to present as the individual's primary field of expertise, and denote the foreign entity to which they devote their time to.

In late 2458, a Representative responded to the Republic of Biesel manufacturing a line of Combat-Module Synthetics by requesting an embargo on the small Republic. With a short debate, 11/12 of the Representatives agreed to send the request, and after a slightly longer debate on Jargon between the Grand Council, they enforced the embargo - racking up prices of many common goods in the Republic. The Federation requested Sol embargo aswell, and this spurred on the Frost Invasion
Representatives who share an "Entity of Interest" are expected to work together and cooperate to effectively protect the interests of the Jargon Federation. Representatives that show a considerable aptitude when dealing with their respective "Entity of Interest" will typically remain aboard consistently, until recalled by the Grand Council. These individuals are highly versed in politics, and as such may result in fame arising due to their position; eventually achieving Idol-status. Representatives that achieve such a status will typically be under minute scrutiny by the Grand Council, with even the whisper of scandal resulting in their retraction as a Jargon Federation Representative.

Presently in the year 2461, the Federation has made efforts in improving relations once more, upping imports in hopes of stabilizing the Republic's economy. Representative focus has shifted towards a more dialogue-based method when dealing with issues they deem concerning.

Zeng-Hu Pharmaceuticals:
*Symbiosism: The more "mainstream" ideology within the Jargon Federation; it follows closely the principles of welcoming the influence Humanity has within its borders, but also promoting the core ideals of the Skrell that have guided them for millennia. It is rather susceptible to change, and radicals are few and far between. Doctrines revolve around co-operation with other species and providing assistance to lesser nations within the Orion Spur.
Shortly after first contact, many human companies and corporations began requesting scientific cooperation with Skrellian researchers. To more effectively process and consider these offers, the Grand Council initiated the Federation Representative system. This early version of the current, more expansive system involved the appointing of five delegates to meet with board members of each corporation.

Zeng-Hu Pharmaceuticals was the first private company to successfully lobby for Skrell support. This is largely attributed to the driven attitude of CEO Vanas Peng and the council of early Federation Representatives.
*Isolationism: A growing ideology within the Jargon Federation that has managed to gather a following, it dictates the need for Skrell to retract themselves from the affairs of the Orion Spur, only involving themselves if affected directly. It is resistant to change and aims to have the Jargon Federation be entirely self-dependable. Doctrines revolve around the Pro-Skrell status quo. Radicals are common within this group.

This partnership between Human and Skrell scientists yielded the advent of cloning technology in 2416. This phenomenal breakthrough lead to many changes in Federation foreign politics. Most direct among these changes was the expansion of the Representative system and the vetting of more potential Representatives.
*Progressivism: Typically, this ideology is often paired with other ideologies under the guise of "visionary radicals", it revolves around the pursuit of the Jargon Federation pushing to be a dominion. It is only through the Jargon Federation reclaiming themselves as the "Behemoth of the Orion Spur" will the Orion Spur truly find themselves in enlightened times. It has a heavy focus on the Jargon Federation being economically, technologically, and militarily superior to all other nations within the Orion Spur.
Today, ten Representatives claim Zeng-Hu Pharmaceuticals as their Entity of Interest, and thousands of Skrell now call this company their employer - being contracted from the Federation, then contracted from Zeng-Hu to Nanotrasen to arrive on the Aurora.

Peoples Republic of Adhomai
Relations
There is little interest publicly on the turmoil on Adhomai, with only two representatives for the whole planet. The two Representatives have chosen Adhomaian wildlife and Adhomai's moon as their Entities of Interest respectively.

As of 2461, the Federation has gained interest on the system. Shifts in the geopolitical landscape and requests for help by the Peoples Republic of Adhomai for help has prompted an altruistic response by dispatching a peacekeeping force to protect and help the populace. Presently they avoid direct military intervention and instead provide both protection to key civilian zones and provide supplies to improve local living standards.
Relations with Foreign States
Solarian Alliance
Unathi Traditionalist Coalition:
The Solarian Alliance sees the Jargon Federation as their closest ally within the Orion Spur, both economically and as a force to help preserve the status quo if anything seriously threatening galactic stability or if an unrecoverable disruption of the balance of power had to occur. Whilst there are whispers of many that fear the potential growth of the Jargon Federation into the wildlands that the Solarian Alliance still seeks to return to the fold, their relationship has continued to prosper even after the turbulent events that nearly brought the Orion Spur to its knees.
When the Traditionalist Coalition first claimed independence in 2438, it was immediately recognized by many Representatives as the single greatest threat to Unathi progress and prosperity. The Traditionalist Coalition was founded by clans who stood in stern protest of what it saw as “alien influence” and immediately began to wage war against the Izweski clan, who had been willing to learn from both Skrell and Humanity.

Only three Skrell have ever claimed the Unathi Traditionalist Coalition as their Entity of Interest. These people believed that the best way to forgo further Unathi bloodshed was to open relations with the Coalition and help them see that neither the Jargon Federation nor Sol Alliance harboured malicious intent. These Representatives quickly began to lobby members of the Grand Council for the approval of a Grand Peace Delegation.
The Solarian Alliance has the most Representatives of the Jargon Federation within its borders, who typically work alongside one another to maintain the relationship between both nations. The recent events that have resulted in the shrinking of the Solarian Alliance has prompted additional Representatives working within its borders; seeking additional avenues in which the Jargon Federation can expand their influence within the Solarian Alliance. The Solarian Alliance and Jargon Federation have several agreements; mostly related to trade, research and migration.

Weeks of planning went into the assembly and preparation of this self-proclaimed “Grand Delegation” which was quickly growing from the desperate plea of a few Representatives to an exhilarating story of peace for Skrell everywhere. Skrellian news sources described the war between the Unathi factions in poetic, and at times even artistic, terms. This delegation quickly gained popularity with the people of the Federation as a chance to convince a people who were fearful of the strange universe around them to put down their arms and join their brothers who were already working for a better tomorrow.
Republic of Biesel
As this mission of peace was put together, Federation scientists conferred with Izweski engineers to design a new Skrellian cruiser especially made to pay homage to Unathi architecture. Researchers and politicians alike hoped this more familiar design would help to ease the shock that Traditionalist Unathi could feel upon seeing an alien vessel for the first time.
In most official capacities, the Republic of Biesel maintains positive relations with the Jargon Federation to the beneficial trade that occurs between the both of them. Politically, it is mostly the same, however there is a growing number within the Republic that have begun to view the Jargon Federation as untrustworthy due to their lack of intervention during both invasions of Tau Ceti. Tau Ceti is one of few places outside of the Jargon Federation that is considered worthy of visiting by Skrell; resulting in an increased demand for visas (tourist and work) for Tau Ceti.

The cruiser finally entered Moghes orbit on March 14th, 2438 and sent its shuttle to the Coalition capital city of Tisxaclas. The shuttle carried with it a crew of hopefuls including a Skrell pilot who was being vetted to teach prospective Unathi pilots how to handle spacecraft, several Ourean politicians who had agreed to the journey as it grew in popularity, a relatively light protection detail of only four Tup Commandos, a Skrellian news reporters, and the three Representatives who had originally proposed the journey.
The Republic of Biesel, at any given time, has roughly the second-largest amount of Representatives of the Jargon Federation within its borders. Following the events that nearly crippled the Orion Spur, the Jargon Federation has begun searching for another way to increase their influence within the fledgeling republic; mostly through the use of foreign aid, and restricted technological exchanges. The Republic of Biesel has expressed interest in increased diplomatic ties with the Jargon Federation; mostly involving concessions for Megacorporations to be able to freely operate within the political entity. The Jargon Federation has affirmed that they see the Republic of Biesel as a valuable diplomatic partner, and publically wishes to increase diplomatic ties with them.
As the shuttle approached the Coalition capital city, it came under heavy fire from Coalition Anti-Air weaponry. Rather than a story of progress and peace, the orbiting cruiser had to relay that the delegates had been killed before they could even land. The cruiser was ordered to leave Moghes and quickly found itself reassigned to a protective orbit around the colony of Ourea.

This event quickly turned the prospect of peace on the Unathi homeworld from hopeful to cold for many Jargon citizens. Ourea continued to receive support from the Federation for years, but all attempts to contact the Unathi Traditional Coalition were abandoned as the Grand Council opted to let the Unathi of Moghes solve their conflict between themselves.
Coalition of Colonies
Unathi Hegemony:
The Coalition of Colonies is somewhat public about their opinion of the Jargon Federation; stating that they are suspicious of the foreign policy boosted by the nation, alongside its authoritarian system. They also view the Jargon Federation as Sol-aligned, and therefore anti-Coalition of Colonies by association. Whilst there are talks about economical cooperation, however, both the Coalition of Colonies and the Jargon Federation would be able to produce large quantities of wealth off of one another.
The majority of Representatives who currently claim the Hegemony as their Entity of Interest have been involved with Unathi relations since their discovery in 2433. Among these Representatives are over a dozen of the Skrell politicians who fostered the Unathi colonization of Ourea and worked alongside human politicians to govern the planet from 2438 to 2457.

For a time, the best description of their relations is that it does not exist. After numerous attacks and raids on both Federation civilians and JFSF personnel resulting in a number of deaths, injuries and imprisonment by the hands of the Hegemony. The Federation has kept a very restraint hand and simply left the Hegemony, handing over Ourea in the process. Severing most diplomatic channels.
The Coalition of Colonies sports a few dozen Representatives of the Jargon Federation within its borders, mostly tasked with improving the relations between the two behemoths. The inaction of the Jargon Federation in the Second Invasion of Tau Ceti has resulted in quite a stir within the Coalition; many citing that the Jargon Federation is no longer pro-Sol, with others perpetuating rumours that they simply bide their time and will soon be launching an attack on the Orion Spur. The Jargon Federation has publically announced an interest in exploring additional diplomatic avenues with the Coalition of Colonies; however, little effort has been seen in regards to this.

This has changed when the present heir and regent to the Hegemony, Not’zar Izweski has managed to reopen diplomatic channels through summits, cultural exchanges and other treaties, normalizing relations to a degree. With even a young member of the Izweski family, Prince Z’krazki Izweski on his first trip outside their home system, visiting the Federation homeworld of Qerrbalak.
Empire of Dominia
Presently, relations have, as time passes, been getting warmer, permitting trade and travel to occur once more. However, there exist two different points of view on how to handle the Hegemony. One side believes that given their aggressiveness and savagery which have been exhibited in their actions against the Federation, that the Federation should only keep diplomacy as limited as possible while remaining respectful. The other believes that the Federation should once more invest itself into the situation the Hegemony is enduring, that forgiveness should be given and to once more collaborate as to propel them into greater prosperity.
Thee Empire of Dominia maintains a public ambivalent relations with the Jargon Federation; politically and economically. Hardly any effort is exerted in regards to the Jargon Federation officially, with some more liberal merchant factions rooted within proposing trade with the Skrell. Unofficially, the Empire of Dominia is split ideologically in regards to the political entity. Many both like that the Jargon Federation has taken steps in restricting artificial intelligence, but there is also a sizeable that hates them for being the first ones to create it.

Empire Of Dominia:
The Empire of Dominia maintains only six Representatives of the Jargon Federation within its borders, focusing on creating opportunities for trading, with little success. The inaction of both the Jargon Federation and the Empire of Dominia during the latest turbulent events of the Orion Spur has resulted in the warming of relations somewhat. The Jargon Federation has displayed minor interest in exploring the relationship between the two entities but has yet to engage in such diplomacy.
The Empire of Dominia has a stable relationship with the Federation, even without any formal embassies. There are, however, Federation sanctioned trade ships entering their space.

Dionaea:
Serene Republic of Elyra
Skrell first discovered the Dionaea in 2320 by stumbling across what they dubbed to be a “pod” of organic life. By studying this pod, the Skrell began to piece together this new form of life. Although not entirely understood, it became clear that groups of the life-form could form thinking units and could learn to comprehend the Skrellian language.

In the year 2331, researchers began giving small clusters of these “Dionae” freedom to move about several population centers while under close observation. These social experiments proved that the Dionaea could be conditioned to work and function within Skrellian culture. This discovery resulted in the rapid conditioning of many Dionaea gestalts. While the majority of these life-forms were under close supervision or were chosen to enter experimental positions in the Skrell workforce, many were offered relative freedom under the condition that Skrell researchers document their behaviors. As these “Nomads” came about, much of the Skrell population began to take an amused interest in the socialization of these gestalts.
The Serene Republic of Elyra has publically maintained that they are suspicious of Jargon encroachment, as well as interference in human affairs, in lieu of the Solarian Alliance's collapse - despite this, they continue cordial if a bit distant relations with the Jargon Federation. There are whispers that many within Elyra see the Jargon Federation as an ally against the Lii'dra should they return. They are economically disinterested in the Jargon Federation, as the Serene Republic of Elyra has continued their self-sufficiency since the collapse of the Solarian Alliance, and the trade that the nation does conduct are mostly done with the Coalition of Colonies and the Republic of Biesel.

Policy regarding the Dionaea was primarily handled by the Grand Council and local or city councils until the year 2426. When a joint operation between Skrell and Humans resulted in the discovery of an organic craft, it became clear to many Federation politicians that the Dionaea should be viewed as an Entity rather than a simple subject of research. This resulted in the hasty formation of a council of five Skrellian Representatives to interact with any foreign Dionaea groups as they were discovered.
The Serene Republic of Elyra has roughly two dozen Representatives of the Jargon Federation within its borders, with a focus on technological cooperation. The inaction of the Jargon Federation during the recent events that haunted the Orion Spur has resulted in relations between the two technological giants to become somewhat cold, with a large migration of Representatives back to the Jargon Federation. The Jargon Federation publically supports a minor interest in exploring a relationship with the Serene Republic Elyra; a technological one, that is.

The council also held a meeting later in 2426 to explain to Sol Alliance politicians what exactly the “Organic Craft” was made of. With Humanity now aware of the existence of Dionaea as a whole, members of various Federation Councils began suggesting another social experiment for the race. These murmurs were met with legislation in the year 2432, when three Dionaea were successfully vetted and approved to serve as Jargon Federation Representatives.
Eridani Corporate Federation
Vaurca:
The Eridani Corporate Federation has made the Orion Spur very aware of their interest to pursue additional economic cooperation with the Jargon Federation; citing that it is a massive market for Zeng Hu Pharmaceuticals, and Megacorporations found within the Board of Five. The closeness of the Jargon Federation and the Solarian Alliance has resulted in cordial relations between these two federations, with a significant amount of both the entities wealth being invested into one another.
Federation policy with the Vaurca hives are a matter of cautious debate. The Grand Council itself has made few public announcements regarding policy with the Vaurca since their discovery in December of 2456. As it stands, a council of five veteran Skrell Representatives oversee relations between the Jargon Federation and all Vaurca hives while a small network of novice Representatives ensures each counsellor is well informed. There is an estimated two to three Representatives in this network for every counsellor.

One of the hives within Federation space is the C'thur. The C'thur have been a guarded secret of the Federation since 2457, when their giant Hive-ship crashed into a planet in Federation space with their dying queen inside. Skrell scientists worked to put their High Queen into life support, while also studying the Vaurca species themselves.
The Eridani Corporate Federation maintains the third largest following of Representatives of the Jargon Federation within its borders, with most focusing on exploring additional economic cooperative avenues that will enhance the wealth of both. The inaction of the Jargon Federation during the Second Invasion of Tau Ceti has resulted in somewhat weakened relations; however, the Eridani Corporate Federation publically maintains that the Jargon Federation is a crucial member of its economy. The Jargon Federation has all-but-ensured that the Eridani Corporate Federation will soon benefit from proposed deregulation of the skrellian economy.

Due to an agreement between the C'thur and the Federation, the hive is to give large amounts of technology, knowledge, and integrate into the Federation as citizens - although they are limited by a variety of restrictions and rules, namely complete oversight and travel restrictions, making this citizenship only true by name, as they do not enjoy the full benefits of this citizenship. Due to the economic nature of the Federation, they find themselves beholden to the Federation, though compared to the other Hives, they live in relative comfort.
People's Republic of Adhomai
The People's Republic of Adhomai attempts to secure a respectful, diplomatic relationship with the Jargon Federation; mostly in part due to its policy of approaching alien powers for support in the Adhomian Cold War. The People's Republic of Adhomai has essentially pushed for cordial relations between them and the Jargon Federation resulting in increased cooperatives, mostly involving the "Project Unity Initiative" - a diplomatic agreement in which the Jargon Federation commences humanitarian aid projects and provides monetary assistance.

The People's Republic of Adhomai has roughly three dozen Representatives of the Jargon Federation within its borders, mostly focusing on administrating the "Project Unity Initiative" and facilitating diplomacy between the three warring nations on Adhomai. The inaction of the Jargon Federation during the most recent events that turned the Orion Spur on its head has not had an impact on the relationship between the Jargon Federation and the People's Republic of Adhomai. The Jargon Federation maintains that they are neutral in terms of Adhomian Conflicts, and as such does not show any particular favour to the People's Republic of Adhomai, despite them being the only nation to have allowed the "Project Unity Initiative" on Adhomai.

Democratic People's Republic of Adhomai
The Democratic People's Republic of Adhomai has little to no relations with the Jargon Federation; mostly due to the xenophobic nature of Al'mariism. The Jargon Federation is viewed by many within the Democratic People's Republic of Adhomai's borders as a threat to their independence and future; which usually devolves into accusations of imperialism by various prominent politicians. Even the most progressive of Al'mariists maintain the dislike of the Jargon Federation.

The Democratic People's Republic of Adhomai has no Representatives of the Jargon Federation within its borders. The lack of any Representatives has lead to the relationship between the two entities to stagnates, and remain rather cold towards one another. The inaction of the Jargon Federation in the Second Invasion of Tau Ceti was actually seen as a good thing by many within the Democratic People's Republic of Adhomai; as the Skrell had, for once, not intervened in galactic politics. The Jargon Federation maintains that the Democratic People's Republic is a threat to the safety, and prosperity, of Adhomai.

New Kingdom of Adhomai
The New Kingdom of Adhomai, due to its precarious position, maintains an official intention of establishing positive diplomatic ties with the Jargon Federation; mostly in hopes of establishing the "Project Unity Initiative" within its borders. The turbulent history of Adhomai has resulted in somewhat lukewarm relations between the New Kingdom of Adhomai and the Jargon Federation, however, it is improving as the weeks go by thanks to continued efforts from both entities.

The New Kingdom of Adhomai has roughly a dozen Representatives of the Jargon Federation within its borders, with their focus usually remaining on creating cordial relations to establish "Project Unity Initiative" within the more developed cities across the New Kingdom of Adhomai. The lack of action during the latest events of the Orion Spur hasn't had a profound impact on the relationship between the New Kingdom of Adhomai and the Jargon Federation. The Jargon Federation supports a public diplomatic agenda that aims to introduce their presence within the New Kingdom of Adhomai.

Izweski Hegemony
The relationship between the nations of Skrell and Unathi has been rocky, to say the least. Following their introduction to the intergalactic stage and subsequent Contact War, the rule of Hegemon S'kresti caused relations to sour. The conflict on Ouerea as well as the handling of the Defiled Lands and various accusations made by both sides, proven or otherwise, only continues to mar recent history. It is only with the death of the last Hegemon and the official coronation of Not'zar Izweski where the situation is beginning to look hopeful for relations.

The stifling silence between them is seen to be either a growing tension between two groups on the cusp of change, or merely an awkward pause before reconciliation, reparation, and realignment. Though they lack embassies in their respective territories, the Skrell assert responsibility and interest in the development in Ouerea as it becomes a cultural hotbed and merger of ideas and innovation, and as such talks between the two groups is inevitable. Furthermore, Skrell and Unathi delegations have been openly suggesting diplomacy; though facing backlash from bitter traditionalists and more conservative Unathi in the Hegemony, it is clear some amount of change is on the horizon, for better or for worse.

Relations

Relations with Foreign States

Solarian Alliance

The Solarian Alliance sees the Jargon Federation as their closest ally within the Orion Spur, both economically and as a force to help preserve the status quo if anything seriously threatening galactic stability or if an unrecoverable disruption of the balance of power had to occur. Whilst there are whispers of many that fear the potential growth of the Jargon Federation into the wildlands that the Solarian Alliance still seeks to return to the fold, their relationship has continued to prosper even after the turbulent events that nearly brought the Orion Spur to its knees.

Republic of Biesel

In most official capacities, the Republic of Biesel maintains positive relations with the Jargon Federation to the beneficial trade that occurs between the both of them. Politically, it is mostly the same, however there is a growing number within the Republic that have begun to view the Jargon Federation as untrustworthy due to their lack of intervention during both invasions of Tau Ceti. Tau Ceti is one of few places outside of the Jargon Federation that is considered worthy of visiting by Skrell; resulting in an increased demand for visas (tourist and work) for Tau Ceti.

Coalition of Colonies

The Coalition of Colonies is somewhat public about their opinion of the Jargon Federation; stating that they are suspicious of the foreign policy boosted by the nation, alongside its authoritarian system. They also view the Jargon Federation as Sol-aligned, and therefore anti-Coalition of Colonies by association. Whilst there are talks about economical cooperation, however, both the Coalition of Colonies and the Jargon Federation would be able to produce large quantities of wealth off of one another.

Empire of Dominia

Thee Empire of Dominia maintains a public ambivalent relations with the Jargon Federation; politically and economically. Hardly any effort is exerted in regards to the Jargon Federation officially, with some more liberal merchant factions rooted within proposing trade with the Skrell. Unofficially, the Empire of Dominia is split ideologically in regards to the political entity. Many both like that the Jargon Federation has taken steps in restricting artificial intelligence, but there is also a sizeable that hates them for being the first ones to create it.

Serene Republic of Elyra

Eridani Corporate Federation

The Eridani Corporate Federation has made the Orion Spur very aware of their interest to pursue additional economic cooperation with the Jargon Federation; citing that it is a massive market for Zeng Hu Pharmaceuticals, and Megacorporations found within the Board of Five. The closeness of the Jargon Federation and the Solarian Alliance has resulted in cordial relations between these two federations, with a significant amount of both the entities wealth being invested into one another.
