Hadjuk Accuses K’marr of Smuggling, DisloyaltyNews Article Tensions flared among the Rhaza-Akhranra today following an official declaration from Amohda’s Rhaza-Akhran Rahman Hadjuk. From the provincial seat on Amohda, a series of communications were transmitted to ALA command and the National Assembly with a list of grievances and promises of evidence regarding the activities of the Din’akk’s Rhaza-Akhran Alexeii K’marr. According to staffers in the Hadjuk command structure, this communication comes after a series of arrests at Amohdan ports preventing, among others, smugglers from entering the island’s market with illicit goods. As part of the Rhaza-Akhran’s efforts to stamp out Royalist sentiments in the rebellious island, unregistered goods have become a focal point for ALA soldiers. These efforts have gone as far as the unannounced searches of warehouses across the island, searching for any materials that could supply the Royalist resistance to liberation. These efforts have reportedly done well in the region, with anti-liberation attacks and dissent down to record lows since Rhaza-Akhran Hadjuk was instated. The communique details a number of grievances from Amohda regarding the Din’akkii commander. However, much of this list can be condensed into two major claims: -Smuggling -Disloyalty to the Liberation According to Hadjuk and Amohdan staffers, a number of illicit goods entering Amohda can be traced back to the Southern Harr’masirr’s glacial border. However, missing proof marks and unfinished manifests suggest that such shipments are not arriving from factories and warehouses from Muhr’fal’s territories. As the Southern Harr’masir region has no spaceports to supply such items, it must be arriving through illegal vessels landing within ALA territories, a fact that was noted as particularly upsetting following the razing of an Al’mariist village in the Din’akk by xeno-corporations. In this same claim, Hadjuk points to the nature of such a vessel having landed in the Din’akk to begin with as a clear sign that such landings can take place with little to no prior detection, unlike the open lands of Southern Harr’masir where such landings would be impossible without detection by ALA radar or scouting reports. Therefore, the illegal goods entering Amohda, threatening ALA control on the island, and disrupting the liberation must be coming from the Din'akk Khaztra, facilitated by Rhaza-Akhran K’marr. In doing so, the Rhaza-Akhran proves disloyalty to Nated and the Liberation, and must be removed from power immediately. The extensive report was received by ALA command and the National Assembly. So far, no actions have been taken by either structure. The lack of comment thus far from Supreme Commander Nated has placed the situation in a precarious position as Hadjuk has reportedly begun mustering troopers on the island. Rhaza-Akhran Muhr’fal has not commented on the matter officially, beyond a warning that right of passage will not be provided for Amohdan troopers given concerns of further skirmishes within Southern Harr’masir territory, a disruptive occurrence for the local economy. During the National Assembly session, a number of voices were heard across the chamber regarding the report. Among the many present, Rhaza-Akhranra K’marr and Muhr’fal were both present via holoconference, however as Assemblyman Hahrmaq noted, Rhaza-Akhran Muhr’fal seemed to be riding a zhsram for the duration of the session. Dominating the voices was Ex-interim President Brajrr Alnadruskiy. Brajrr called for caution in approaching the situation. The nature of the matter must address potential collaboration with xeno-organizations, however in doing so threatening the security of the Din’akk’s administration should be chief concern. Many voices called for delaying any action, instead waiting for a decision from Supreme Commander Nated, claiming that only he can truly ascertain the situation and address it in a sufficient way. President Almrah Harrlala strongly disagreed with these calls, stating that a response must be given by the civilian government, or else it has no right to stand. She declared the promise for her administration to draft a response, awaiting further details and evidence from Rhaza-Akhran Hadjuk. Rhaza-Akhran K’marr promised a swift rebuttal to the supposedly slanderous claims of Hadjuk. K’marr’s Response! President Harrlala Proposes ActionNews Article Over a month ago, Rhaza-Akhran Rahman Hadjuk of Amohda released a series of communications to ALA Command and the National Assembly containing accusations of disloyalty and smuggling against the Din’akk Rhaza-Akhran Alexeii K’marr. In the intervening weeks, a series of photos, manifests, and documents have been assembled by Amohdan liberators to support these accusations by the Rhaza-Akhran in a series of documents since dubbed the “Adhal Files”, named for the port from which the majority of the files originate on the northern coast of Amohda. These files have been inspected by numerous figures from the civilian government, ALA command, and AJIC. As of yet, the validity of the evidence and connection to the claims has yet to be made concrete. Since these claims were made, Rhaza-Akhran Alexeii K’marr has provided his rebuttal to the points made by Rhaza-Akhran Hadjuk. The response itself remains available for public viewing, however due to certain uses of language, it will not be repeated verbatim. In essence, the response rejects in all forms the validity of the claims made. The Din’akk is a net export province of various goods. While export volumes are low, a result of the local population’s rejection of mechanization or other methods of mass-production, those items which are produced may, at times, be shipped to other regions for sale. As the Din’akk is not under the regulation of Shastar, nor has requirements by the Rhaza-Akhran for the use of the proof-marks, the use of such claims is meaningless. Additionally, manifests provided to Amohdan troopers are often not the production of the Din’akk, as all shipments are transferred to Southern Harr’masir businesses for transport. Therefore, any missing items must be added between the transfer of items to Southern Harr’masir businesses and its arrival in Amohda. While not explicitly stated within the response, it is heavily implied the negligence or intent of Rhaza-Akhran Muharajuurl Muhr’fal that additional illegal items were included within shipments, with intent to destabilize Amohda and increase his standing within the ALA structure. The response went on to defame Rhaza-Akhran Hadjuk, questioning his loyalty as a “product of Kaltir’s lies, shown insofar as the inability of the child to contain yet the only lands suffering concerns of Royalist delusions.” In addition to the response from Rhaza-Akhran K’marr, President Almrah Harrlala has submitted a proposal of action to the National Assembly to address the rising tensions between the southern provinces. The proposal calls for an official investigation, to be carried about jointly between ALA Command and the civilian government. Made of individuals without connection to either Rhaza-Akhran, as stated by the proposal, intent is to remain neutral in the matter and determine if any fault can be placed onto either side for the accusations at hand. Upon proposal to the National Assembly, it was quickly noted by many within the Assembly that the civilian government lacks a sufficient agency to carry out this investigation. An amendment was advised to incorporate the use of the AJIC, in spite of official duties, to carry out the investigation. However, beyond these matters, many voices aligning with Ex-interim President Brajrr Alnadruskiy and Maksum Razin opposed the proposal outright, stating that this matter is solely within the ALA and therefore must remain in the ALA. Attempts by the Shastar government to approach the matter are thoroughly within the realm of overreach. Rather, the Supreme Commander, who has yet to provide comment, must handle the matter solely. The proposal sat on the floor at the end of the session, with the vote on the measure scheduled for a later date. National Assembly Votes on Harrlala’s PlanNews Article A proposal to see an end to the accusations levied by Rhaza-Akhranra Rahman Hadjuk and Alexeii K’marr has sat within the National Assembly for some time without further consideration. The proposal details an action plan to form an investigative committee for the neutral and thorough investigation of smuggling and disloyalty to the liberation accused by Rhaza-Akhran Hadjuk against Rhaza-Akhran K’marr, as well as the accusation of disloyalty to the liberation accused by K’marr against Hadjuk. Ancillary claims, namely the implied actions of Rhaza-Akhran Muhr’fal in the intentional addition of illegal goods into Din’akk-sourced shipments, or the negligence thereof, have yet to be included in the proposal. However, claims by Harrlala staffers suggest clauses for additional claims that may arise during the investigation are in consideration. The proposal in its current form calls for the creation of a commission made of AJIC and ALA investigators. The intent is to form a neutral team that would be capable of investigating the matter with little concerns for bias or corruption from the ALA or civilian sides. However, in attempting to remain in the middle, opponents on both sides claim that collusion from the other aisle may result in skewed results. Those within the Worker’s Party have reportedly been hard at work attempting to secure votes on the proposal, leveraging various clauses to gain favor. Earlier today, the proposal was voted on by the National Assembly. Following a failed attempt to stall the vote by assemblyman Hahzmahr, the proposal was passed with a slim 15 vote margin. Following the confirmation of the results, the director of the AJIC and President Harrlala have begun the process to assemble a commission for the investigation. ALA Mroiikhran Hro’rammhad has pledged a handful of his top investigators to review the matter. Mroiikhran Hotak has done the same, although in doing so has exceeded the requested number of ALA members on the commission. Rhaza-Akhranra Hadjuk and K’marr did not comment on the matter. Both were reportedly unavailable for the assembly session during the time of the vote, both dealing with internal matters of some manner. Rhaza-Akhran Muhr’fal supported the decision pointedly, with reservations on the heavy involvement of the AJIC, but otherwise offering full support and access to Southern Harr’masir lands. Riots in Southern Harr’masir! Is Muhr’fal fit to Lead?News Article Southern Harr’masir has been thrown into turmoil in recent times with a series of unfortunate events. This year has been marked with unstable temperatures in the region and a reduction in grazing pasture health. Following weeks of storms early this season, the region has had chronic shortages of foodstock. In combination with the most recent escapades of the Din’akkiye and Amohdaiye Rhaza-Akhranra, Muhr’fal has been placed in the middle of two impossible problems to negotiate. Food shortages are not an unfamiliar issue, however Southern Harr’masir has remained a net exporter for food stuffs since its liberation. This has flopped this year as Rhaza-Akhran Muhr’fal elected to import Blizzard Ears and Earthen-Root from Amohda and Das’nrra. This has since sky-rocketed the cost of groceries in the region causing much dissent against the junta. Thus far, Muhr’fal has been able to contain most of these issues with careful navigation and shrewd negotiations with Mai’almtoka Melrhe’kaltra’n Shastar (Food Corporation of Shastar) to bring import costs down. On the opposite side of his territories, Rhaza-Akhran Muhr’fal has been placed into the difficult position of bordering the now accused Rhaza-Akhran K’marr of the Din’akk. Without sea connections, K’marr’s investigation has been forced to enter the Din’akk through the land border with Southern Harr’masir, a matter not preferable to Muhr’fal who remains distant from calls to action against the southern neighbor. Rhaza-Akhran Hadjuk has not made this easy with threats of troopers being re-assigned to the Din’akk border against Muhr’fal’s will. As a result, Rhaza-Akhran Muhr’fal has restarted a recruitment drive within the region and called on local militia to assist in reinforcing the Din’akk border. With the re-activation of numerous installations, and the increase in military activities, local developments have been started much to the chagrin of regional ranchers. These factors remain manageable on their own, however in combination prove to be a stickler point for the Southern Harr’masir population. Complacency with the hands-off method of ruling Rhaza-Akhran Muhr’fal seems to employ has seen the rapid escalation of actions and political maneuvering leave a sour taste in the mouths of local ranchers already placed within a difficult position. The culmination of these woes has been seen in the S’ren’dul riots just yesterday. Thousands of Harr’masirii gathered on the streets of the city to protest, among many things, the supposed ‘conscription of militia’ and ‘corruption of freedoms’. The Rhaza-Akhran chose to leave these matters unaddressed until violence began to grow among the rioters prompting a crackdown by ALA troopers. President Harrlala has called an end to the riots and violence, expressing sympathies to the Southern Harr’masirii but affirming that Rhaza-Akhran Hadjuk is only acting within his capabilities without the structure found by embracing the civilian apparatus. Rhaza-Akhran Hadjuk once again offered his troopers to assist in filling the gaps left by Southern Harr’masir’s current manpower shortage, to which Muhr’fal declined. Ha'rron PackServer Event Host: CatsinHD The Horizon meets with representatives of Muhr’fal to discuss the possibility of SCC operations in Southern Harr’masir. Following the downing of an SCC shuttle in his territory, the SCC wants to recover the pilot, blackbox, and supplies. While not happy to work with the corporations, other matters require his attention, least of all Alexeii K’marr. As a result, Muhr’fal agrees so long as the SCC improves any region it operates in to make up for the crimes of the corporations. Behind the CurtainsServer Event Host: CatsinHD The Horizon lands on the Din'akk border to secure the crash site of the SCCV Jaunter. The crew is harassed by local wildlife, and encounters bandits. While attempting to restore power to gather flight data from the shuttle wreckage, the bandits attack and take an engineer hostage. With tactful negotiation, and a tense stand-off, the engineer is saved. Meanwhile, the Jaunter has power restored to the flight computer where the flight log is recovered. The Horizon crew return to their ship with only one of their goals completed. They look towards a nearby village on the search for the SCCV Jaunter's pilot and her cargo. The MawServer Event Host: CatsinHD The Horizon responds to a distress beacon from the NTV Cloud of Light, a phoron tanker bringing phoron to the S'rand'marr Bluespace gate during its final stages of construction. A group of pirates have attacked the tanker and boarded the vessel, slaughtering the tanker crew. The Horizon engages the pirate ship. After taking a devastating blow to the bridge, the Horizon received aid from a nearby PRA fighter craft who assisted in disabling the pirate vessel. The Horizon crew then counter-boarded the vessel. Following a brief shootout, hostages were taken and the Horizon retreated to recover. Upon receiving ransom demands, the Horizon accepted and recovered both hostages. With both now in safety, the Horizon shelled the tanker, preventing its phoron from falling into pirate hands. Tomorrow’s Gate Sabotaged! Commissioning DelayedNews Article Earlier today, a group of pirates assaulted Tomorrow’s Gate, the bluespace gate project currently in progress as a collaboration between our glorious Repbulic and the Stellar Corporate Conglomerate. The gate has been under construction for some years, plagued by the dissidents and enemies of the Party and Hadiism. Even as the Orbital Navy grows in size and capability, those who wish to see Tajara fail only attack harder. In President Hadii’s wisdom, a special task force was assigned to Tomorrow’s Gate to ensure its safeguarding during the final stages. During a scheduled return to port, the PRAMV Liberation of the People, a Sentinel-class carrier, was the sole vessel tasked with ensuring the safety of the gate while its compatriots were on return flight from the People’s Space Station. It was during this time that a pirate caravel attacked the gate. The ensuing battle was a fierce pitching of savage dissident barbarism and precise Hadiist voidcombat doctrine. The Sentinel-class is not a weak vessel. Indeed, it is capable of withstanding fire from multiple vessels for an entire battle. However, the pirates were not focusing on disabling the voidship, rather the symbol of Adhomai’s future in a continually interconnected Spur. The PRAMV Liberation of the People ultimately won out, disabling the caravel and boarding the vessel with P’kus-3 augmented Kosmostrelki. In the battle, however, Tomorrow’s Gate took damage to critical components that must be replaced. Adjacent to this battle, an affiliated pirate skiff attacked the NTV Cloud of Light, a NanoTrasen phoron tanker. While the PRAMV Liberation of the People was busy handling the larger pirate threat, a nearby SCC vessel took on the call to assist those in need. The SCCV Horizon, a Venator-class cruiser and flagship of the Stellar Corporate Conglomerate, heeded the call and valiantly fended off the dissidents. The SCC vessel had disabled the skiff, with assistance from an Orbital Navy fighter dispatched by the PRAMV Liberation of the People, and counter boarded the savage pirates aboard the NTV Cloud of Light. The brave SCC asset protection teams successfully recovered 2 hostages taken by the pirates, and subsequently shelled the NTV Cloud of Light to prevent its precious cargo from falling into dissident hands. With disruption of much needed phoron, and damage to critical componentry, the commissioning of Tomorrow’s Gate has been delayed. The Party will not give up on the gate, however. President Hadii has seen it fit to allocate additional budget for repairs to hasten the process. It is decided, the People will embrace the future of the Spur. Adhomai will have a bluespace gate, by Hadii’s will and the needs of the People! |
