In detail, workcouncils requiring workplace construction in surface regions may do so without Council vote. Materials may be sources without Council vote from pre-approved sources, to be determined at later date. Additionally, all size and height restrictions will be reassessed for improved efficiency of space and building materials. A mandate for new dwellings capable of housing an additional 1,000 families has been mandated over the next 5 years. Sourcing for resources, labor, and equipment have been sent to appropriate work councils for determination utilizing the standards listed above. A framework for the voting on new surface residential construction has been formulated by the Presidia to reduce the frictions in the process of accepting new surface residential dwellings. |
