On Religious Crimes

Alongside standard law sits the religious law of the Tribunal. The religious laws overrule that of the standard law and though most punishments are in the form of heavy fines or corporal punishment all can lead to captial punishment - death by firing squad. Any religious law/edict breaker is judged by a panel of randomly selected local clergy of the rank Priest or higher.

The Eridani Corporate Federation

As a special member of the Sol Alliance the Eridani Corporate Federation laws largly mimic those of SolGov with a few caveats.

The Non Aggression Protocol

The Non Aggression Protocol is considered sacrosanct within the Eridani Corporate Federation and though complex legally, can largely be reduced to the idea that no one within Eridani space should conspire to damage, take part in damaging or incite others to damage corporate interests within Eridani space. Punishments vary from fines to capital punishment. Though oft times a divided people, most Eridanians enshrine the protocol and place great importance on it, though many Eridanians would debate what constitutes a "corporate interest" and "damage(s)".
