Improvised Weapons

This is a brief list of improvised weapons that you can build from parts around the station. Keep in mind most of these count as contraband and Security will be all over you if you're found to have them.

Ranged

Powered crossbow

• File:Crossbowframe0.png Make a crossbow frame from wooden planks.
• 3 x metal rods.
• Welding tool.
• 5 x cable.
• 3 x plastic sheeting.
• 5 x cable.
• Screwdriver to finish.
• Add a cell (screwdriver to remove).

Pneumatic cannon

• Make a cannon frame from metal sheets.
• Install a length of atmos piping.
• Welding tool.
• 5 x metal sheets.
• Welding tool.
• Install a tank transfer valve.
• Welding tool to finish.
• Add a gas tank (right-click, eject tank to remove).

Melee

Wired rod

• Make a set of cable restraints from cable.
• Use a metal rod on the cable restraints.

Spear

• Add any Sharpnel (I.E Glass Shard, Steel Shrapnel, Wooden Shrapnel, Etc.) to a wired rod.

Cattle prod

• Add a pair of wirecutters to a wired rod.
• Add a cell (screwdriver to remove).

Butterfly knife

• File:Butterflyknife0.png Use the blade on the handle.
• Screwdriver to finish.

Buckler

• Make a Buckler donut from wood planks.
• Make shield fittings from steel.
• File:Buckler.png Use the shield fittings on the donut. It will not work if you use the donut on the fittings.

Armour

Improvised Chestplate

• Make two armour platings. This can be out of steel, plastic, plasteel or wood.
• Add cable to one of the armour platings.
• Use one of the armour platings on the other.

Improvised Helmet

• Use wirecutters on an empty bucket (plastic or wooden.)
• Use any material of your choice. (Steel, Plasteel, Glass, Plastic and Wood all work.)
