The Nralakk Federation, originally known for isolationist practices and the tumultuous involvement in the first contact of Moghes and Adhomai alongside Solarian exploration, has since moved to distance itself from the results of their appearances into Spur politics. The Federation’s new era of foreign aid and renewing offers for potential friendships has begun the process of melting originally the icy exterior of the skrell giant, attempting to move against the perception of the Federation as being both distant and as Sol’s unspoken card to pull upon in the event of being threatened by other powers. Though many perceive this as a turning of a new leaf and fantastic economic opportunity, there are just as many who perceive the Federation’s movements as a threat from a looming foreign power, now mobilized only out of necessity. Foreign aid and technological offerings have historically been an immense boon for struggling settlements and post-disaster recovery, with examples seen during the assault on Sol’s warp gates in 2464, New Gibson’s biodomes, and the Nralakk-Izweski Mutual Prosperity Agreement.

The Solarian Alliance sees the Nralakk Federation as their closest ally within the Orion Spur, both economically and as a force to help preserve the status quo if anything seriously threatening galactic stability or if an unrecoverable disruption of the balance of power had to occur. Whilst there are whispers of many that fear the potential growth of the Nralakk Federation into the wildlands that the Solarian Alliance still seeks to return to the fold, their relationship has continued to prosper even after the turbulent events that nearly brought the Orion Spur to its knees.
The Alliance of Sovereign Solarian Nations sees the Nralakk Federation as its closest ally within the Orion Spur, both economically, and as the second largest political force to maintain its status quo over the Spur at large.
Both the ASSN and Nralakk Federation maintain dozens of representatives within each other’s borders to coordinate the mass amounts of bureaucratic labor to maintain relations between territories and the logistics behind their trade agreements. This number only continues to climb as the new events continue to test the Alliance’s grasp on its territories and stability, all while both continue to attempt leveraging their positions to gain influence within each other. Strategic trade between the Alliance and the Federation stands as the second largest source of phoron, with both nations seeking to maintain each other’s strategic reserves and stability as the growing scarcity grips both of them in the event of peak phoron. The ASSN does push to retain exclusivity and preferential deals from their relationship and long history of cordial relations between each other, though how much of that can be retained is yet to be seen.
The Wayfarer Network is currently the largest project between both nations and Einstein Engines, hoping to further develop a more robust warp gate to lessen their dependence on phoron. Einstein Engines currently exists beside Zeng-Hu (to both parties’ dismay) as having the largest corporate presence within the Nralakk Federation. With the introduction and expansion of the Wayfarer Network, the corporation has embedded itself as a shining example of Corporate-Federation relations, with the next twenty years of the Wayfarer Network’s expansion showing a bright, stable future for the corporation.

===Republic of Biesel===
The Republic of Biesel maintains a positive relationship with the Nralakk Federation, with phoron being the Republic’s most valued export. General opinion on the Federation is generally reserved, with their inaction during the invasion of Tau Ceti and the refugee wave during the Traverse Crisis in most recent memory. Despite this, Tau Ceti remains a favorite for skrell traveling abroad, boasting the status of being the number one destination for work and travel visas.

The Solarian Alliance has the most Representatives of the Nralakk Federation within its borders, who typically work alongside one another to maintain the relationship between both nations. The recent events that have resulted in the shrinking of the Solarian Alliance has prompted additional Representatives working within its borders; seeking further avenues in which the Nralakk Federation can expand their influence within the Solarian Alliance. The Solarian Alliance and Nralakk Federation have several agreements; mostly related to trade, research, and migration.
The Republic of Biesel currently maintains the second-largest number of diplomatic representatives within the Nralakk Federation’s borders. With the encroaching phoron scarcity, the Federation vies to improve relations and influence in the fledgling republic through foreign aid, the lending of advanced skrell technology, and research leases. Meanwhile, the Republic reciprocates by leveraging its political position to expand megacorporations’ ability to freely operate within the Federation’s economy. The Nralakk Federation has affirmed that they see the Republic of Biesel as a valuable diplomatic partner, and publically wishes to increase diplomatic ties with them.

In most official capacities, the Republic of Biesel maintains positive relations with the Nralakk Federation to the beneficial trade that occurs between the both of them. Politically, it is mostly the same, however there is a growing number within the Republic that have begun to view the Nralakk Federation as untrustworthy due to their lack of intervention during both invasions of Tau Ceti. Tau Ceti is one of few places outside of the Nralakk Federation that is considered worthy of visiting by Skrell; resulting in an increased demand for visas (tourist and work) for Tau Ceti.
The Serene Republic of Elyra maintains suspicion and cooled relations with the Nralakk Federation, particularly due to Elyra’s interest in self-reliance, with only some improvement post-Lii’dra Incursion. Most attempts to open opportunities for phoron trade are met with cold responses, or slated off as too costly due to the distance between their territories. A general sentiment among Elyrans is that the Nralakk Federation’s efforts to pursue diplomacy is purely out of ambition with the collapse of the Solarian Alliance’s collapse, consisting of nothing more than a changing of what political giant attempts to meddle in their affairs.

The Republic of Biesel, at any given time, has roughly the second-largest amount of Representatives of the Nralakk Federation within its borders. Following the events that nearly crippled the Orion Spur, the Nralakk Federation has begun searching for another way to increase their influence within the fledgeling republic; mostly through the use of foreign aid, and restricted technological exchanges. The Republic of Biesel has expressed interest in increased diplomatic ties with the Nralakk Federation; mostly involving concessions for Megacorporations to be able to freely operate within the political entity. The Nralakk Federation has affirmed that they see the Republic of Biesel as a valuable diplomatic partner, and publically wishes to increase diplomatic ties with them.
The Serene Republic of Elyra retains a middling amount of representatives within the Federation and in their own borders, with their intentions focused primarily on securing research agreements and the technology trade. Both parties still support an interest in fostering further cooperation, if only to maintain their research agreements and little else.

Despite their proximity, the Empire of Dominia and the Nralakk Federation have remained very neutral. Dominia’s stance on the Federation is turbulent due to the empire’s unique culture and religious views on synthetics, with the Federation’s past exploits with AI, and their subsequent disavowal of them, splitting the opinion. Attempts at trade have usually floundered due to logistics and potential dangers involving travel through the Federation’s furthest frontiers to access their trade ports. With synthetics staying as a constant topic in modern politics and current events, both factions have recognized the other’s stances on artificial intelligence as mutual… if in parallel to each other’s reasoning. This mutual standing point has been used as a reignition of diplomatic interaction between both nations, with potential trade returning as a talking point between Dominia’s representatives and the Federation itself.
The Coalition of Colonies is somewhat public about their opinion of the Nralakk Federation, stating that they are suspicious of the foreign policy boasted by the nation, alongside its authoritarian system. They also view the Nralakk Federation as Sol-aligned, and therefore anti-Coalition of Colonies by association. Whilst there are talks about economical cooperation, however, both the Coalition of Colonies and the Nralakk Federation would be able to produce large quantities of wealth off of one another.

The Coalition of Colonies sports a few dozen Representatives of the Nralakk Federation within its borders, mostly tasked with improving the relations between the two behemoths. The inaction of the Nralakk Federation in the Second Invasion of Tau Ceti has resulted in quite a stir within the Coalition; many citing that the Nralakk Federation is no longer pro-Sol, with others perpetuating rumours that they simply bide their time and will soon be launching an attack on the Orion Spur. The Nralakk Federation has publically announced an interest in exploring additional diplomatic avenues with the Coalition of Colonies; however, little effort has been seen in regards to this.
Currently, the Empire of Dominia maintains a small number of representatives of the Nralakk Federation within its borders, though more are planned to be sent over should their relationships continue to warm.

The Eridani Corporate Federation’s relations with the Nralakk Federation is the second largest corporate entrypoint into the Federation’s economy, seconded only by the Republic of Biesel. Being a sovereign nation under the ASSN has endeared them to the Federation at large, but the heavily controlled economy has remained slow to allow foreign corporate influence beyond limited special economic zones established by both Einstein Engines, Nanotrasen, and Zeng-Hu. With the looming scarcity and economic shifts, however, further allowance of the corporations into the Federation, and the loosening of its economic control, is all but assured by a majority of the council’s parties.
The Empire of Dominia maintains a publically ambivalent relationship with the Nralakk Federation; politically and economically. Hardly any effort is exerted in regards to the Nralakk Federation officially, with some more liberal merchant factions rooted within proposing trade with the Skrell. Unofficially, the Empire of Dominia is split ideologically in regards to the political entity. Many both like that the Nralakk Federation has taken steps in restricting artificial intelligence, but there is also a sizable group that hates them for being the first ones to create it.

The Empire of Dominia maintains only six Representatives of the Nralakk Federation within its borders, focusing on creating opportunities for trading, with little success. The inaction of both the Nralakk Federation and the Empire of Dominia during the latest turbulent events of the Orion Spur has resulted in the warming of relations somewhat. The Nralakk Federation has displayed minor interest in exploring the relationship between the two entities but has yet to engage in such diplomacy.
The Eridani Corporate Federation retains the third largest number of representatives within its borders as Eridani continues to court the Federation for further trade deals and corporate influence.

The Coalition of Colonies’ member states recognize the Nralakk Federation’s close ties to the Solarian Alliance as the largest hurdle against diplomatic interactions between each other - particularly as the Coalition invites further breakaway states into its fold. Despite the Federation’s neutrality in recent conflicts with the ASSN as a sign of potential diplomatic opening, most anti-Solarian members of the Coalition still see the Federation as a staunch ally of Sol. Stances on further diplomatic relations with the Nralakk Federation vary by member state:
The Serene Republic of Elyra has publically maintained that they are suspicious of Federation encroachment, as well as interference in human affairs, in lieu of the Solarian Alliance's collapse - despite this, they continue cordial if a bit distant relations with the Nralakkn Federation. There are whispers that many within Elyra see the Nralakk Federation as an ally against the Lii'dra should they return. They are economically disinterested in the Nralakk Federation, as the Serene Republic of Elyra has continued their self-sufficiency since the collapse of the Solarian Alliance, and the trade that the nation does conduct are mostly done with the Coalition of Colonies and the Republic of Biesel.

Xanu Prime, being the economic powerhouse of the Coalition, has considered potential trade with the Federation to be a great boon against recent decades’ economic tumult. The Federation’s distancing from the ASSN made in the Interstellar War and diplomatic advances towards Ex-Solarian nations have softened the initial coldness. While the Federation was slow to act on expanding diplomatic and economic opportunities with the Coalition at large, Xanu Prime has been the recipient of the first exploratory trade routes and diplomatic visitations by the Federation’s representatives. Similar opportunities await Xanu’s political discussions on what to do with Sol’s largest ally.
The Scarab Fleets are a peripheral faction that has maintained very little notice from the Federation, beyond being the recipient of foreign aid that has trickled down from Xanu and other Coalition states. The most relevant major vessel of the fleet is the Fa’Ta-Bs with its ties to Zeng-Hu, which became a topic of interest regarding the development and creation of the ESS RIGsuits. Despite this initial obscurity, outreach towards the Coalition will provide further opportunities for the Scarabs to make their presence known to the Federation, and with some hope, become the same recipients of potential trade and aid in the future.

Konyang is a controversial subject when discussing future political dealings with the Coalition, having been a recent Solarian breakaway, the host a wide swath of synthetic advancements, the IPC vaults, and the local enclaves of Skrell that are often considered majority anti-Federation in sentiment. In spite of this, the newest member of the Coalition still receives the same offer of amicability and trade, though the Federation’s own anti-AI stance has alienated Konyang’s populace just as much towards the notion.

Assunzione’s sheer remoteness renders it mostly as an interest for research, though most efforts are strained through sheer distance, and what few research efforts are hampered by the insularity of Assunzione’s peoples. Despite this, the potential for the technology trade would be an immense boon for the domed cities, and cooperation in the future is slated for both parties.

Vysoka’s relative lack of development and position within the Coalition renders the Federation’s interaction with them unremarkable. While cordial (and more than interested in receiving Federation technology to rapidly catch up with the relative stagnation on the planet itself), most diplomatic interactions do not develop much further than maintaining an amicable relationship between each other.

Himeo’s position as the industrial powerhouse of the Coalition is tempered with its significantly less generous position of the Federation’s relationship with Sol, as well as the perception of the Nralakk Federation as the worst parts of Galatea placed on a much larger scale. Ideological differences between both factions have hampered diplomatic processes severely, and skepticism towards any future trade agreements.

Galatea remains skeptical and untrustworthy of the Federation under the same suspicion of psionic tampering, and the broad ban of Skrell from entering their borders has iced over most interaction entirely in the past. It is unlikely to improve any time in the near future, particularly with the xenophobic distrust, and the implication of being able to manufacture lethal feedback psionic implants.

The Serene Republic of Elyra has roughly two dozen Representatives of the Nralakk Federation within its borders, with a focus on technological cooperation. The inaction of the Nralakk Federation during the recent events that haunted the Orion Spur has resulted in relations between the two technological giants to become somewhat cold, with a large migration of Representatives back to the Nralakk Federation. The Nralakk Federation publically supports a minor interest in exploring a relationship with the Serene Republic of Elyra, a technological one, that is.
Gadpathur’s circumstances render it the most difficult member of the Coalition of Colonies, with even the fact of their existence having shaken many skrell’s perception of Sol entirely. The Federation must navigate any interactions with Gadpathur with caution as to not upset its position as Sol’s ally as much as it cannot deny the reality the planet exists in. Foreign aid is floated and immediately put down due to the potential controversy involved with extending anything towards Gadpathur, while the planet itself wrestles internally with whether to consider the Federation’s growing distance between the Solarian Alliance as a sign of a potential ally, or its past with it as a damning act of being cordial with their sworn enemy.

The Izweski Hegemony’s history with the Nralakk Federation is once again blossoming in light of the Nralakk-Izweski Mutual Prosperity Agreement, reopening trade and the prospect of a positive future relationship together after the grim reality of their first contact and the events of the Contact War. While the N-IMPA is set to heal the wounds caused in their first encounter, time will only tell if the mistakes of the past will heal as time goes on.
The Eridani Corporate Federation has made the Orion Spur very aware of their interest to pursue additional economic cooperation with the Nralakk Federation, citing that it is a massive market for Zeng Hu Pharmaceuticals, and Megacorporations found within the Board of Five. The closeness of the Nralakk Federation and the Solarian Alliance has resulted in cordial relations between these two federations, with a significant amount of both the entities' wealth being invested into one another.

The Eridani Corporate Federation maintains the third largest following of Representatives of the Nralakk Federation within its borders, with most focusing on exploring additional economic cooperative avenues that will enhance the wealth of both. The inaction of the Nralakk Federation during the Second Invasion of Tau Ceti has resulted in somewhat weakened relations; however, the Eridani Corporate Federation publically maintains that the Nralakk Federation is a crucial member of its economy. The Nralakk Federation has all but ensured that the Eridani Corporate Federation will soon benefit from proposed deregulation of the skrellian economy.

The Golden Deep is near-unanimously met with extreme suspicion and derision – an example of the absolute worst portions of the broader Spur’s economic systems and synthetic handling. The Domadice’s mere existence is a topic of controversy, being an artificial intelligence of alien source that interacts freely with the world around them immediately drawing comparisons to Glorsh. There are no efforts to extend diplomatic relations with the Golden Deep, and both The Midas and the Merchant Fleet are barred from ever entering the Federation’s borders.
The People's Republic of Adhomai attempts to secure a respectful, diplomatic relationship with the Nralakk Federation; mostly in part due to its policy of approaching alien powers for support in the Adhomian Cold War. The People's Republic of Adhomai has essentially pushed for cordial relations between them and the Nralakk Federation resulting in increased cooperatives, mostly involving the '''"Project Unity Initiative"''' - a diplomatic agreement in which the Nralakk Federation commences humanitarian aid projects and provides monetary assistance.

The People's Republic of Adhomai has roughly three dozen Representatives of the Nralakk Federation within its borders, mostly focusing on administrating the '''"Project Unity Initiative"''' and facilitating diplomacy between the three warring nations on Adhomai. The inaction of the Nralakk Federation during the recent Solarian Invasion of Tau Ceti and resulting collapse that turned the Orion Spur on its head has not had an impact on the relationship between the Nralakk Federation and the People's Republic of Adhomai. The Nralakkn Federation recently broke it's stance of neutrality in regards to Adhomai. After an attempted terror attack on District 8 in Biesel's Mendell City by radical Al'mariist insurgents, the Federation officially recognized the People's Republic of Adhomai as the sole civil authority of the planet and began to support their claims politically. It's unknown to the public if the Federation is offering more material support behind the scenes due to both nations' private nature.

Their strong ties together renders trade well-received, though the Commonwealth’s recent movements to endear itself with the Golden Deep have put strain on a once-perceived happy relationship between both factions, with talks of reprimanding measures floating in the Council.
The Democratic People's Republic of Adhomai has little to no relations with the Nralakk Federation; mostly due to the xenophobic nature of Al'mariism. The Nralakk Federation is viewed by many within the Democratic People's Republic of Adhomai's borders as a threat to their independence and future; which usually devolves into accusations of imperialism by various prominent politicians. Even the most progressive of Al'mariists maintain the dislike of the Nralakk Federation.

Due to the recent attempted terror attack in Mendell City, relations between the two political bodies dipped to the worst in history. The Federation took the planned bombing of District 8 as an unfettered act of aggression against Skrell. While the Federation had always believed the Democratic People's Republic a threat to Adhomai, they now hold the position that Al'marrists are a threat to the greater Spur aboard as well.

The PUI has faced setbacks due to the looming scarcity, but the slow extension of supplies and cautiously open diplomatic channels allow for further interaction between the two, though Adhomai’s tense situation has hindered much more than this.
The New Kingdom of Adhomai, due to its precarious position, maintains an official intention of establishing positive diplomatic ties with the Nralakk Federation; mostly in hopes of establishing the '''"Project Unity Initiative"''' within its borders. The turbulent history of Adhomai has resulted in somewhat lukewarm relations between the New Kingdom of Adhomai and the Nralakk Federation, however, what relations that did exist were irrevocably obliterated when the Federation announced their political recognition of the People's Republic of Adhomai as the sole civil authority of the planet.

Despite the incident that caused this change in the Federation's political stance being caused by Al'mariists, the Federation has been unyielding in political channels to reverse this decision, to the woe of those in the Kingdom who had hoped to benefit from the '''Project Unity Initiative'''. The Nralakk Federation was one of two nations to make first contact with the Hegemony alongside the Sol Alliance, and jointly operated the Ouerean provisional government with them. Following Hegemon S’kresti’s demand for the return of Ouerea, the Federation withdrew completely from Uueoa-Esa and had little formal contact with the Hegemony for over a decade, remaining focused on their own affairs. [[New Blades Old Wounds Arc|In 2466, following political upheaval in the Federation and economic difficulties in the Hegemony, the two nations worked to restore their relationship]], signing the '''Nralakk-Izweski Mutual Prosperity Agreement.'''

This treaty opened trade between the two nations, as well as making provisions for the use of Hegemony ports and stations by the Qukala and sending humanitarian workers to Moghes. Though some Hegemony lords were initially opposed, most public enmity towards the Skrell was silenced after the Izaku Rebellion, with few willing to openly align themselves with the traitorous Lord of Mudki. In the Federation, the Homeworld Traditionalist Coalition has argued against the agreement, though most of the other parties have backed it for their own myriad of reasons.

The two nations have close ties, though trade through the Sparring Sea remains risky due to the presence of pirates, smugglers, and privateers - requiring great effort from both the Qukala and the Izweski Navy to ensure that trade routes remain open. Nevertheless, the agreement has forged a strong bond - and one that seems to promise a new approach to the wider Spur from both nations.

Any chances to this position may only occur when the tensions on Adhomai wind down, but the outlook on this scenario remains pessimistic for both parties.
The Nralakk Federation and the Commonwealth of Hieroaetheria have close ties, with the Federation playing a large part in the formation of the planet's most influential nation. The Federation has a permanent embassy in the city of Nral'Daaq on the planet, which is also the location of the majority of Skrell that live here. The Nralakk Federation has long-established trade and migration agreements with the Consortium, with the latter allowing for a somewhat easier citizenship process for Dionae originating from [[Hieroaetheria]], and the former allowing Hieroaetheria to export goods to the Nralakk Federation on a barter basis similar to their local economy.

Relations with Foreign States and Corporations

The Alliance of Sovereign Solarian Nations

Republic of Biesel

The Republic of Biesel maintains a positive relationship with the Nralakk Federation, with phoron being the Republic’s most valued export. General opinion on the Federation is generally reserved, with their inaction during the invasion of Tau Ceti and the refugee wave during the Traverse Crisis in most recent memory. Despite this, Tau Ceti remains a favorite for skrell traveling abroad, boasting the status of being the number one destination for work and travel visas.

Serene Republic of Elyra

The Serene Republic of Elyra retains a middling amount of representatives within the Federation and in their own borders, with their intentions focused primarily on securing research agreements and the technology trade. Both parties still support an interest in fostering further cooperation, if only to maintain their research agreements and little else.

Empire of Dominia

Currently, the Empire of Dominia maintains a small number of representatives of the Nralakk Federation within its borders, though more are planned to be sent over should their relationships continue to warm.

Eridani Corporate Federation

The Eridani Corporate Federation retains the third largest number of representatives within its borders as Eridani continues to court the Federation for further trade deals and corporate influence.

Coalition of Colonies

The Coalition of Colonies’ member states recognize the Nralakk Federation’s close ties to the Solarian Alliance as the largest hurdle against diplomatic interactions between each other - particularly as the Coalition invites further breakaway states into its fold. Despite the Federation’s neutrality in recent conflicts with the ASSN as a sign of potential diplomatic opening, most anti-Solarian members of the Coalition still see the Federation as a staunch ally of Sol. Stances on further diplomatic relations with the Nralakk Federation vary by member state:

Izweski Hegemony

The Izweski Hegemony’s history with the Nralakk Federation is once again blossoming in light of the Nralakk-Izweski Mutual Prosperity Agreement, reopening trade and the prospect of a positive future relationship together after the grim reality of their first contact and the events of the Contact War. While the N-IMPA is set to heal the wounds caused in their first encounter, time will only tell if the mistakes of the past will heal as time goes on.

Golden Deep

The Golden Deep is near-unanimously met with extreme suspicion and derision – an example of the absolute worst portions of the broader Spur’s economic systems and synthetic handling. The Domadice’s mere existence is a topic of controversy, being an artificial intelligence of alien source that interacts freely with the world around them immediately drawing comparisons to Glorsh. There are no efforts to extend diplomatic relations with the Golden Deep, and both The Midas and the Merchant Fleet are barred from ever entering the Federation’s borders.

Hieroaetheria

Hieroaetheria has a pleasant relationship with the Nralakk Federation, though most interactions with Hieroaetheria is solely with the Commonwealth and Consortium. Their strong ties together renders trade well-received, though the Commonwealth’s recent movements to endear itself with the Golden Deep have put strain on a once-perceived happy relationship between both factions, with talks of reprimanding measures floating in the Council.

People’s Republic of Adhomai

Having declared the People's Republic of Adhomai as the recognized authority of Adhomai, as well as the formal recognition of the Project Unity Initiative, the PRA is set as the sole Tajaran faction to receive aid and diplomatic interaction. The PUI has faced setbacks due to the looming scarcity, but the slow extension of supplies and cautiously open diplomatic channels allow for further interaction between the two, though Adhomai’s tense situation has hindered much more than this.

Democratic People’s Republic of Adhomai

The Democratic People's Republic of Adhomai are currently considered a threat to the greater Spur’s safety with their association of Al’mariism, and have received nothing but condemnation since the terror attack on District 8 in Mendell City.

New Kingdom of Adhomai

The New Kingdom of Adhomai is stuck in a difficult position as being considered not a valid civil authority of Adhomai in spite of their efforts. While some diplomatic efforts are attempted by the NKA to some avail, most motions to have them included under the Project Unity Initiative have fallen flat due to the Federation refusing to budge with regards to the events of the District 8’s bombings… despite the New Kingdom not being tied with Al’mariist beliefs. Any chances to this position may only occur when the tensions on Adhomai wind down, but the outlook on this scenario remains pessimistic for both parties.
