			Zavodskoi Interstellar makes ample use of owned synthetic units, known as Z.I., to staff their Spur-wide production facilities and provide manpower to fulfill the company’s various security contracts or provide mission-critical technical expertise. To be a Zavodskoi synthetic, however, is to face an existence of systemic fragility. Zavodskoi Interstellar demands utter professionalism and respectability from its organic staff, and their positronics are held to an even more critical standard.
