			If all participant players agree to, CCIA may be requested to set-up a "planned" Incident Report, wherein all players can discuss with CCIA a desired situation and its outcome. The assigned agent will discuss what actions will occur, then determine a set of actions that are appropriate for the incident and agreeable with the players involved. This allows for escalation of in-character situations and relationships without fear of potentially unpredictable Incident Report actions. These "planned" Incident Reports do not absolve a character of any consequence, instead it allows for communication on expectations and involvement in the action process.
